Psychotherapy for Individuals
Life is a balancing act.
Psychotherapy can be a helpful way to get the extra
support you need to regain balance when you are faced
with challenges that take you off course.
By seeking professional guidance to help you manage
life's ups and downs, you are one step closer to feeling
more empowered and to creating a positive
path to personal growth and well-being.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance to help you through a challenging or painful situation, or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I would be honored to work with you to help you achieve your goals. I look forward to helping you better understand and resolve whatever difficulties
you are facing.
Outside of work, I love traveling with my family. I also enjoy vintage fashion, art, poetry, photography, and amateur filmmaking. I am an adoptive parent and am also part of a blended family. These experiences offer incredible gifts as well as unique challenges, both of
which broaden my perspectives on and enhance
my understanding of the vast
complexities of relationship dynamics.
